While we see some smooth operators in the story (ahem, Salvatore Rossi), both Angelozzi brothers still behave with respect toward their female counterparts. In the weeks leading up to the book's release, let me slowly introduce you to some of the principle characters!

Meet Kajsa Johannson:

As a former Interpol agent, now living back in her home country of Sweden, firecracker Kajsa (pronounced ky-suh) spends her days working cold cases for the Ystad Police Department. She walks fearlessly amongst the world of criminals despite struggling with overcoming her own demons, as a woman with a lot to prove and a huge chip on her shoulder. When a breath of fresh air in the form of Matteo Angelozzi comes into her life, can she find a way to work with a man that utterly annoys her in order to bring well-known associates of la mafia to justice?
